"The stay was average. It had a lot of choice of food. It was very pricey for even the lower price options. The lobby smelled like smoke because smoking was allowed in parts of the hotel. That was not a pleasant smell. The hotel room was clean, the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would expect from a resort. There was no breakfast included with the stay. There was no map of the place to know where the restaurants and pool areas were or instructions on how to use the elevator. You needed to use your room key to scan in the elevator to get to the room floor. This was a first for us. We figured it out but it would have nice when we checked in if they asked it we needed help with any of that stuff. "

"The location is close to restaurants, to Niagara University and the music facilities. The room was clean and beds comfortable however other features are dated. The air conditioning/ heating unit worked but was very noisy. Spoke to manager before leaving so they would be aware of issue. Parking maybe limited but safe. "

"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "
