"The hotel is conveniently located along the magnificent mile. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. lt offers an excellent breakfast buffet for the guest. The rooftop bar is a beautiful place to have a drink and take in the chicago sky line. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We have stayed here the last 4 visits to Chicago!"

"Very clean rooms. Housekeeping doesn't clean rooms daily. Every few days, so I had to ask for clean towels. No big deal. Breakfast was awesome! Kiss the cook! Staff was friendly and hotel in the heart of it all. Great bagels next door. Will definitely stay there again."

I especially want to recognize the bartender from Sacramento, I wish I could remember her name because she absolutely deserves the recognition (and a raise!). She was incredibly personable, attentive, and made every interaction so enjoyable. She was genuinely the highlight of my stay. Shout out to the bartender from Sacramento, you are the star! Thank you for making an already amazing experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Good stay, rooms and staff were decent. I was disappointed there isn’t a microwave as we were there 3 nights and needed one in our room. We found parking convenient and location was walkable to downtown. Enjoyed our stay and Chicago. Would stay again, just would love a microwave."

"Overall hotel is beautiful but very old and rooms small. Parking was not big enough to accommodate our large van for valet so we had to find our own parking in that busy city. Pool area was extremely stuffy and humid I was having a hard time breathing and felt suffocated. Had to leave the area . Unpleasant area to sit inside. Wish they would open a few of the windows in the area. This was a big issue for us bc it was raining outside and so my kids wanted to swim indoors."
