"Hotel fantástico com acesso direto ao parque. Só fique atento pois inexplicavelmente o restaurante fecha para o jantar antes do fechamento do Parque. Ou seja, se sair do Parque contando com jantar no hotel, vai ficar sem opção."
"Room was excellent, only very slight issue was a sticky mark on one of the bedside tables, but that was minor in the grand scheme of things.
Decent size room, heating was required as outside temp was cold and it worked well.
Shower and bathroom excellent, and the bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on - wish I could get one shipped back to the UK!
Bar area is warm and welcoming and the staff were all excellent, gladly speaking English as I couldn’t speak Dutch unfortunately. Aisha on...

"All was good, no problems on arrival, room was ready and comfortable. Facilities good and breakfast was a great start to the day.
Staff were all great, so my stay was very pleasant.
Will most certainly stay again when back in the area."

Great location just south of the city center short 5 min walk into town.
Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere...

"I am very delighted to recommend this hotel to my friends and family . staffs are very polite very helpful and specially staff MITRE from the front desk she went extra miles to help us . i and my family are very happy and satisfied about our stay . Thank you . only one thing a bit disappointed no locks in the shower room . even though we are all familywe all respect our privacy . "
"The room was very large and clean. We went into the Sky Bar which was very interesting. Lots of drink and food options. We wish we tried the swimming pool, but ran out of time. Breakfast was a delight too and so many varieties. A wonderful stay at this very luxurious hotel. Very highly recommended."
