"Elevators didn't work and long line to get to them. The Valet parking needs lots of work. Took 1.5 hours to get my car. There was a guy standing next to his own car and only needed the keys. Made him wait far too long. It was right by the valet pick up."

"Called and requested towels twice - they never brought towels. We had two rooms since we traveled with family and she refused to give me more than 4 towels even though there were 7 of us between 2 rooms. Also, there is a very slick ramp down to the pool area. My mom slipped and fell a hurt her leg. ..."
