"Wonderful stay, 5min walk to yuyuan metro station. Room is modern and has everything you need including a mini fridge. I didnt have breakfast here. Check in / out was fast and easy, would definitely stay here again. "
"We are a family for four with two kids age 11 and 7, stayed for 6 days. This hotel is family friendly, offers free activities like city walk with local tour guide, and craft arts etc. Right next to the subway station and Yu garden, and about 10 min walk to the Bund. Our room was large and clean, all the drinks and snacks are free, they even offer free laundry station. They also have a photographer on site! We really enjoyed staying here and would totally recommend it. "

Staff usually uses translation machines to communicate and there is also a shuttle service that they offer to go to the airport. Overall it's a great place to be near the airport. Going to the downtown area could take 1 - 1.5 hours depending on traffic."

Everything was perfect, from location next to May Fourth Square station and a mega shopping mall MixC, very clean room to excellent customer service (special mention to York who helped us with check-in and Mr Yan who cleaned our room).
