"The hotel is easy to reach from central London using DLR from Bank and it is in an interesting area. We enjoyed walking along the Thames path and the Limehouse basin and parks. We also walked along the Regents canal. We wished we had our bikes with us. It was a very hot day and we arrived late evening. The room we had booked was a deluxe double and on the 4th floor. The AC wasn’t on and the room was stifling. The lovely young woman on the desk found us a different room and we paid extra but it...

"When checked in the room we originally booked, we noticed it did not have AC working, but when we notified the front desk they upgraded and changed our room to one with AC. Could not ask for more attentive staff or a better result in +30 degrees weather in London. Would stay here again! Fantastic location and hotel restaurant excellent!"

"Très bien situé à côté des attractions et au pied du métro. Propre, bien entretenu, grand hall où l’on peut s’asseoir et déguster notre café acheté à même l’endroit. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Plusieurs petites attentions qui font en sorte que l’on se sent particulièrement bien accueilli. Très bien! J’y retournerai les yeux fermés."
