"The location is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. It is right across the car rental service. The hotel could improve so much better if there was a little TLC. We had to change our rooms because the 1st one had an AWFUL smell. The door did not close properly. You had to slam it. There was no refrigerator inside so you are unable to store leftover food. The floor was also sticky when we arrived. It was disgusting. I hope management can redo this hotel. All outdated."

"I wanted to watch an NCAA football game. The TV kept showing "no signal"; called down to the front desk and was told that the TVs had not been programmed so I couldn't watch the game.
The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle. When I checked in and requested the shuttle for the next morning, the front office told me that there is no shuttle, but they work with Lyft to accommodate airport rides. Thought this was odd, as there is a Wyndham Tryp shuttle bus outside the front door of the hotel."
