"The room was very clean and the amenities were all there. I enjoyed the very clean room and the right amount of space even though it was in Tokyo where the space is premium. I would have given it 10 stars had I not visited the breakfast buffet. It was unimpressive. Everything seemed very dry. The food did not look fresh nor tasty. I felt I wasted money paying 2500 yen. The cost is 2750 yen but I bought it the night before and took advantage of a small discount and therefore my cost was 2500yen. "

"Love this boutique hotel. The location is great, rooms are modern and spacious with amazing cityscape views (and on nice days mt Fuji!). The in-room snacks and beverages were awesome too, and included!!! Great value compared to Edition and Janu, which were amazing as well but in a completely different price bracket."

"The staff was extremely friendly helpful and happy. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was convenient. There was a nice gym, great hot tub and saunas. The lounge was great too. The room was nice."
