"The walk from airport isn't nice and not easy to navigate in the dark and rainy evenings. Checkin machine gave me cards that didn't work when I got to the room so came down and queued. no signage in lift to state which level reception is on so horrible checkin in experience that could be fixed. Restaurant was good and bar area and staff nice, room was good especially for the price."

"Room was 4 star as expected but the resident facilities were none existent. There wasn’t any lounge seating in the lobby, shocking! There was no where to gather, chill or any hotel refreshment facilities. There was one public bar which was hugely successful and therefore rammed! We didn’t even try to get a drink. No room service on offer! Not what you expect from a hotel, might have well stayed in a room only! Breakfast was nice. Hotel restaurant was fully booked with locals. "

"It’s unfortunate that this chain charge a premium rate for what is essentially a budget hotel with interesting decor. Check in was alarmingly quick. No ID check of any sort. Room was fine but no basics such as hair conditioner or a bottle of water makes it feel low budget. Add in a local guide/magazine in the room that’s two summers out of date and it starts to feel like they’re not too fussed about details, which is a shame. "

"Room was lovey although small and nothing like the picture. I did question the bed as it was supposed to be a king size bed but it was a queen size bed. Sink for bathroom was in the room and no hooks to hang anything in bathroom or coats in bedroom. No pot for toothbrush Nice hotel and great position and cozy atmosphere "

"Bars and restaurants nearby. Close to theatre. NCP carpark exceptional, wide bays!! "

"Room compact but clean and well equipped and maintained. Excellent check in experience. First time staying but would definitely come back. Great value for money."
