"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was far below what you would expect for the price. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and basic requests took a very long time to be addressed. The room itself looked worn out and not properly maintained, and cleanliness was questionable. For a place that advertises itself as high quality, the overall experience felt careless and poorly managed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay really did not meet even basic expectations. There are far better options in the area and I would definitely not stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we had plenty of space in our room. However, a second chair and another piece of furniture where we could put our things would have been helpful. Thank you for the welcome macarons and chocolates, and the note from the staff. A big huzzah for your staff: everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciated the effort to get us tickets to a museum, as well as the restaurant recommendations and friendly demeanor each time we walked into the hotel. A special shout out to Asya, who was so kind and warm. She is a gem. The breakfast buffet was delicious!"

"Most of the staff were very welcoming and nice but there was a lady in the evening who was quite rude. I missed the window for my room being cleaned and when I asked ( not knowing ) she laughed at me and said no so I asked for towels which she said yes to but the never brought them. I then had to ask the man on the late shift when I arrived back. And with the cleanliness there was hair all over my shower and in the bathroom so it was not thoroughly cleaned. Everything else was lovely."

"The single room is really small. It’s basically a walk-in closet with a bathroom with very little space to move about. After three nights, I switched to a double room with a view of the street, which was much better but definitely would be tight for two people. They are strict with the check-out time. I asked and the owner said it would be 35euros to stay an extra hours, faulted the cleaners. The best part is the location. It’s walkable to notre dame, and the Louvre. It’s just an average hotel with a quirky interior. There isn’t a frig in the "
