"The staff was very friendly, accomodating and kept the room very clean. Pool was super clean as well. Brush up on your Spanish it helps. The food was good, best restaurants Koyoto and Dolce Vida. There is a trolley that comes every 10 mins as the resort is huge. Be helpful to have a map of the restaurants at the Palace in the room. "This property needs updating. They do not pick up or clean hallway,steps, and pool area. At night all the pools have people having sex in them and condums floating in pools.
