"Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...

Not one good one. Tough meat and always overcooked, sorry to say. Lambchops at Bordeaux were excellent and good seafood at Tierra. Otherwise pretty mediocre food at the a la carte restaurants. We live in Chicago, with world class restaurants, but are not food snobs and do not expect great food at...
