"First, the staff are awesome! The club lounge hostess, Antoinette, was the highlight of our 2-day stay. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Second, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Third, the hotel's third floor connects to the Cleveland Clinic. Very convenient. Lastly, this hotel needs refreshing and updating. We paid $800+ for two nights, and expected so much more in terms of decor and cleanliness. I really felt duped. Carpets, furniture, walls all had stains. "

"The hotel was neat and comfortable however the parking is ridiculous. The only option to park is valet for $27/a day. Otherwise you have to self park two blocks away in a public parking lot which is $1.50/hr. Cleveland isn’t safe enough to walk around let alone at night. Otherwise, the coffee bar has limited staff with different hours than advertised and the restaurant wasn’t open to dine either. I ended up doordashing food. I assume a lot of people that are ill and going to the Cleveland Clinic stay there, the map of it is even on the document given. It would be absolutely amazing if there were some healthy options, like lower sodium and such. "

"Hotel stay was fantastic. The only issue I had was during checkout. I had to check out early due to travel plans changing. The desk clerk was helpful during the afternoon and left a note for the early morning desk clerk. When I went to the front desk to check out the clerk was nowhere to be found. The placard at the front desk had a number to call for immediate assistance, this would have been helpful had that number not direct you to the phone at that counter. 20 minutes later the clerk...

"Fast check in. Enjoyed free breakfast and free evening drinks and food. Room was clean, quiet and comfy. Pool area was clean with lots of seating. Great stay!"

"I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."
