"The inside of the rooms looked better than the outside. Parts of the room were dirty, such as the bathroom door and random hair here and there. Our room only had conditioner, no shampoo or body wash. We only stayed 2 quick nights and hardly was in the room, otherwise I would have said something. Just surprised is all. However, I'm upset because I was charged twice. Once through Expedia, where I booked for $138.28. When they asked for my card in person, they mentioned the security hold which is...
