"You could do with some signs showing where rooms are. It's a big square of rooms and no clue as to where 1.. 30 are for example. Breakfast was good."

"Placed in a room on arrival then had to move as another couple walked into ‘my’ room to be told they had actually gave me wrong room. Had to go reception move to another room which was much smaller. Not safe for solo travellers the security with the keys is questionable"

"From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"

"I really liked this hotel. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. I had an amazing night’s sleep! The staff were very helpful, if I had any queries, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the lock didn’t work on my room door. I flagged it at the desk, when I left after my one night stay, and they said they’d get onto it."

"Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84...

"Hi stayed for a local family event. Lovely stay. Room was ideal for a family of 4 and clean and everything we needed. The breakfast was really yummy. Looked after well at breakfast. We really enjoyed are stay. Thank you"

"The room was clean & the breakfast was very good. But we were in the annexe which is a long walk from the reception. When I asked where the room was, the person at reception just waved vaguely to the right & said ‘it’s down there’. My husband & I are mobile & fine with walking, but we were hauling our suitcases a long way, so be warned of that. There is extra parking there, but we weren’t made aware of that. The main problem was that the room was very hot & stuffy. There was a sort of fan which...

"The guy on the front desk was polite/helpful enough but clearly having a bad day; could clearly hear from reception an argument on the phone. The rooms are ‘fine’ reflects in the price really. The rooms were very hot and stuffy but they did make sure a fan was provided for each room."

"Our room was very very hot needs ac ,we was give a large fan but it was very loud. Shower pressure not great. When asked for ice as our water was warm was given minimum which melted very fast, in these hot conditions fridges should be provided. Overall the staff very polite & friendly beautiful building."
