"AC didn’t work. Sheets seemed clean but wee stained. Wallpaper was peeling off and there appeared to be mildew underneath. The ac was rusted inside and out. Beds smelled funky. Pillows weren’t real pillows. Everything was falling apart No water even at breakfast- I had to pay $5 for a bottle of water out of vending machine"

"Very poor customer service by the check-in staff person. I was moved twice for a total of three rooms. In the first two, the phone and TV didn't work. No apologies for the inconvenience from the desk clerk, who let me know how hard he was working. And no assistance with moving from one room to another. As I was leaving the next day, I happened to encounter the manager, who apologized to me and stated that what happened to me should never have happened. This hotel does not deserve the rating it is given on Hotels.com. I do not recommend it."
