"Phenomenal experience, the hotel is very family friendly with free breakfast, the gym, pool and baby cribs upon request. It’s also located in a good spot so parking isn’t expensive compared to Chicago. The value was higher than the price for sure"

"Too many rules-can't use windowsills, $10 fee for unreturned key cards? Place was filthy dust caked on counters. Constant, mandatory "safety inspections" so they'll barge into your room with barely any notice. Place is cheap but there are other hotels with equally low prices with less B S"

"We booked this room and arrived to find a family living there. The family said this has happened on several occasions. We called the host number and he said the property should not have been listed. I contacted Expedia and they refunded us the payment but we were left trying to find accommodations ..."
