"Being remodeled so having to use staff elevators and be in that area didn’t look so nice. The property was clean but just old. The room wouldn’t get cool. Loved that they had a restaurant, Starbucks and bar available as we were there for a softball tournament."

8/10 Good
"It is a decent hotel. I experienced really nice rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. A room on the 1st floor we were given right across from the gym had a horrible stain on the bath tub and shower wall. Beds were always clean. Weekday lady that runs breakfast was great!"
"Rooms were dank, smelly. Cleanliness was not the best. Room 311 had what appeared to be a bedbug under the pillow. We rented 311 as an extra room to get away from the dank smell, which was better, but found a bug in bed. Breakfast was OK."

2/10 Terrible
"Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at hotel!! Lady at the front desk was overly rude!! Had to sleep in a hot room due lights being out at the hotel!! Just a bad experience all around!!"
"The room was okay but the housekeeping needs to improve their cleaning!! I pay close attention to any hotel I stay at !! Base boards definitely need cleaning and the tub had hair in it!!"
"The outside is extremely well lit at night and there are multiple cameras.
The front desk lady was very friendly.
It is a no pet hotel which is nice. They have to obviously allow service animals but not pets.
The room was ok, not the worse room we ever stayed at. The bed was comfortable enough for one night. The bathroom needed some work. The tub was heavily stained.
The interstate noise was the real deal breaker for any future stays. Being that close to the interstate the windows didn't block out much of the noise. You could hear all of the interstate traffic all night long making it hard to fall and stay asleep all.
We did not eat breakfast so I can't comment on that."
"We arrived Friday May 22nd at 4pm, we were in town for a graduation that started at 730. Upon arriving we had plans of checking in and getting ready then heading to the graduation. We were told they didn’t have the room we had already paid for but it would be ready in 4ish hours, because the people staying in the room haven’t left yet. We said fine can we use the restrooms to change and we would be back after the graduation for the room. They assured us. We packed our luggage back into our vechile and changed in the restroom. As we are about to leave they inform us they do indeed have a room but they couldn’t provide us with a room key, why? Because something was wrong with the door so someone would have to escort us up to the second floor EVERYTIME we needed to be let us in. Unload EVERYTHING again and walk back in and have to wait for them to let use in the room we paid for. As soon as we walked in the room the musty smell hit us. At this point we were exhausted, unpacked finished getting ready and proceeded to leave for the graduation. My husband spoke with the front desk and mentioned the smell and they said it would be taken care of by the time we got back. Also the last person that stayed in the room stayed for a week and just propped the door open all week and nothing wasn’t happening. Long story short the room still smelled and we had to wait everytime to be let in our room. Oh and the elevator was VERY bumpy. Get it together."
