"We spent 8 days at the resort. It is absolutely beautiful. The staff, housekeeping, maintenance were exceptional. "In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...
