"Breakfast was a joke. No juice in the dispenser; said they forgot to place an order. Hot meal consisted sausage and biscuits. I called a day prior to my arrival and was approved for early check-in; When I arrived, was told that they do not allow early check-in. Ice machine was out of order. One Tennant complained about roaches on the wall and floor in his room. And the list goes on..."

"Good stuff: very clean, tidy, quiet, good breakfast, attractive lobby and pleasant looking rooms. Plenty of parking spots. Staff was kind. Overall very nice for the price and would definitely stay again. Not so good stuff: One of the elevators had a door that opens and closes very slowly and became somewhat annoying. Hot tub was not working which was very inconvenient because the main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub."

"Hotel was recently refurbished. Elevator and ice machines do not work. Booked a room with jacuzzi tub - that apparently doesn’t exist. Still advertising jacuzzi rooms on their website. No reduction in the price for the higher room rate charged, just given a standard room. Staff were pleasant but could not offer a resolution and could not reach the Manager by phone, mid afternoon. Shuttle was prompt and efficient. We would not book here again although the rates are reasonable for an airport...

"Très grande chambre. Si vous n’avez pas de compte Netflix, Prime, etc, oubliez l’écoute de la tv!"

"The property was very clean and functional. If you like walking it a little far from things."

"Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!"
