We liked our room, especially the bed. It was spacious and has a comfortable chair, not just a desk chair. Only compliment is only 2 thin towels, no bath mat and front desk would only exchange towels, when we asked for another towel.

Stayed two nights. Upon check in, my card payment was accepted, then it took 20 minutes for the clerk to get my card key to activate. No clean towels, only on request. You have to bring in old towels for exchange for new ones, understaffed. Room was very clean however cigarette smell is strong. Fire ants in the sink.

During a recent stay at Quality Inn & Suites, I had the pleasure of interacting all of the friendly respectable staff. I can’t speak for every guest.
