"This is an old building that has been converted to a hotel. The parking is limited very tight. While there are a few spaces in front of the building, the gate is very tight and you should park behind the building if possible. Otherwise while the road was noisy, inside the flat the room was quiet, clean, and felt safe. "

"Don’t let the front entry fool you, this place is beautiful and perfectly located for discovering Edinburgh’s lively historic landmarks. There are several flights of stairs, but is to be expected in this repurposed church building. So worth the climb! There is a fabulous Scottish tour company within footsteps that we used for a day trip to see castles. Beds were comfortable and the 2-full bathrooms were appreciated. Super responsive host with questions regarding luggage storage before and after...

"If you want a step between a hostel and an airb&b this is the perfect choice. Safe and secure and right in the middle of everything you want to get to. This is a private dorm room, and it is a shared bathroom situation, however the room was comfortable and the property managers very responsive. I never had an issue with the shared spaces and felt very safe in the space. Absolutely would book again when I come back to the Fringe Festival. "
