"For the 1st time ever I have to say the staff was horrible. I wanted to get a refund just because of the treatment with check in. The room was hot a/c didn’t work that well. Again another 1st for the Hampton Inn the beds were very uncomfortable and hard to rest in. I always choose The Hampton when we travel. However if you need lodging in St. Charles MO I wouldn’t consider this Hampton. This location shouldn’t have the name for their establishment. The breakfast was not appealing we decided to eat elsewhere. This is the 1st time ever I had to give this type of review. It was not worth 177 dollars. Hopefully someone will have a different experience at this particular location for The Hampton Inn."

"The door on the toilet room is a really tight squeeze and actually stubbed my toe but other than that (oh and I thought there was a microwave but there was not) it was a good stay with a cool view of the river. Will take more advantage of the pool next time. We were there for a wedding this time."

"it's in a great location but after paying for reservations.when checking in they require more money for stay, and checking out they it would take a week to get deposit back so we had to cut our stay time after going to the Dr.ive stayed at different properties by them and never had that much issues , we asked for easy get around room cause we are disabled and the bathtub shower was hard to get in and out of because the outside of tub is higher to step in and when you step in the tub ain't deep to match your other leg which caused my wife to fall getting out of the tub"

"Upon arrival it didn’t look bad. The staff I encountered first when checking in was polite and fast with getting me the room keys. I’m guessing that was around shift change. The rooms appeared to be nice and clean but there was a shortage of towels, rags, no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. On the app it says under their amenities a crib can be provided if requested. Started trying to ring the staff maybe 45 minutes after scoping the rooms and no answer at all. Walking around looking for the amenities. Found a guest key card took it to the front desk lady and I realize she was counting money, so I waited. She looked up so, told her about finding the key. She said oh you can throw that away. I told her I wasn’t aware, they usually ask them to be turned in. Well I had laid it on the desk and she repeated you can throw that away before I walked off. ATP I forgot about room towels. Entered pool area 2 towels to split in between the guest. Go back to the room try to call desk again about getting towels so we could shower and no answer. Pulled back the shower a rag falls off the top of the shower curtain. They do have the fixtures that hold body wash and hair care on the wall. But the body wash one was empty. Walked to desk and no one came out. Another guest was saying hello, to grab attention and it just didn’t grab anyone’s. Price wasn’t bad. Outside of the hotel was appealing. The customer service just wasn’t there for me. Breakfast provided and my family enjoyed."

"If the hotel is at or near max capacity, the staff needs to up-staff to account for that many guests. The evening reception ran out of snacks before even 1 hour of the 2 hours had passed. The pool was over run and more than at capacity. Children were in the exercise room mis-using equipment. The dining area could not be cleaned as fast as empty plates were filling up the space. I've stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time felt like there was not enough staff to manage the property. The exercise room/pool ended up being "closed" until further notice, but when asked, I was told it was for safety concerns with the weather. I'm unsure of how an indoor pool and exercise room would be affected by lightening. I get it on the outdoor pool, however, why not restrict access to just the outdoor pool. This felt dishonest and ingenuine. The furniture is aging. Also, for being at near capacity, only 2 of 3 elevators were working. This was not a great experience and I am unsure that I will return to this Embassy Suites in the future."
