"I had a neat little room. You could hear traffic sometimes but you will be fine with earplugs if its a problem. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."

"I frequently stay at Hyatt Place on my arrival and departure days. It's very easy & fast to get there from the Heathrow central bus station, bus A4. It's typical Hyatt Place as in many other places. I like it. It's cheaper and roomy than most of the hotels in the center of London city. There is a small gym in the basement."
