"This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. "Super helpfully located for T4 Heathrow. Completely took the stress out of travelling to the airport. Would have been helpful if breakfast started earlier and if more food was available 24hrs (what with it being attached to the airport). However we were able to order in deliveroo quite easily."

What I don’t like about the place is that there is no fridge in the room."

"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then.
On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches.
The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in.
The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...
