"Room was okay. It took twenty minutes for the water got warm. It was filthy under the bed and corners No full length mirror. Four elevators at any time one, two or three were out of use. Room was on the 10th. Very noisy outside thru the night. Staff was pleasant. Room was cleaned and bed made, towels refreshed. Staff at front doors were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably won’t come back. Elevators and cold water were biggest concerns."

"Outstanding hotel and stay! We were staying here to go back and forth into NYC for Yankees games and other tourist stuff and this was the best decision we could have made staying here. Fantastic breakfast (can use both hotels as they share a common split lobby) and both were great. Room was nice, check in was fast easy and the lady at the front was super nice. Extremely convenient bus stop right outside to get in and out of the city and to NY Port Authority. There’s even direct buses from NYPA to the hotel late at night which was awesome. Great, free onsite self and valet parking accessible from the elevators. Will be back here on every future trip to NYC and NJ"

"The room was comfortable as was the hotel overall. Unfortunately we had to visit the front desk at least once daily if not each time we returned to our rooms as our electronic keys did not work. It became increasingly frustrating over our five day stay there. The front desk staff did not offer any advice except to say to keep the keys away from credit cards, phones etc which we did. We have never experienced this at any other hotel that we have stayed at and would have appreciated a resolution to the issue by the staff who seemed to be aware of the issue without offering a fix for it. Other than that, it was a convenient location for us with easy parking and a comfortable room."
