Generell sind nur wenige Mitarbeitende bemüht und freundlich. Die meisten sind unfreundlich und Grüßen scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. "Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight."
