"Clean room and courteous staff"

"Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly. We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon."

"Seaweed smell due to tractor being broken and beach not being cleared. There was loud construction in the lobby, only 2 restaurants were open our entire stay, had to switch rooms due to pungent smell of seaweed. New room had brown-tinged water one morning, and no blanket or comforter on bed. The bedding consisted of pillow, flat sheet, and fitted sheet. No blanket or anything. There are no actual “ocean view” rooms unless you are part of diamond club … I paid for a “Luxury Ocean View” room and got a view of a pool and literally a corner of the beach . "Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. "Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in."

"The beach is incredible and the infinity pool has the most amazing view! The room was clean, however it did look like there was mold on one of the ceiling corners. We did stay in a beach bungalow and the view from our porch was 2nd to none with direct beach access. The resorts food was ok. But the chef will prepare fish that you catch and that was incredible! Be prepared to pay $100 US dollars for almost every taxi ride from the resort across the island. Overall recommend!"

"Excellent experience"

"Honestly, I wish we never booked here. However, it was last minute and we heard it was a good place to stay, that mustve been a looong time ago. FIRST, we paid for ALL INCLUSIVE and it felt like it didn't include anything. The room they gave us was not what we saw on the website. Fridge was empty. No room service (had to ask for towels and washcloths) Room was never cleaned, Bathroom door was broken. There were time slots for breakfast (7:30am-10am), lunch (12pm-4), and dinner (6:30pm-10pm)....

"We loved our stay at Cocos. The hotel staff were lovely. The food menus changed each night and were all delicious. If you stay at cocos definitely be sure to book a couples massage and a dinner on the beach. We found both to be well worth it. Paddle boarding and kayaking were our favorite activities. And the beach bar had great lunch choices right by the beach."
