"The beds felt like we were sleeping in two side by side hammocks. The bedside table was on a big slope so my items kept falling off. The restaurant was closed at night so we couldn't claim our two drinks, instead were offered coffees. Staff were nice, table tennis table was fun but the room was disappointing."

"Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"From the minute I stepped into the hotel I felt a bit ick. There was a sign talking about being careful to not let "randoms" into the building, the lift and floor corridors felt old and dated. There was rooms in the level I was on where the door was wide open both when I arrived and when I left which just felt a bit scary. The room itself was ok, bathroom quite tiny but would not stay there again as I felt unsafe."

"Exceptional service from Jessie—went above and beyond! We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Jessie at the front desk! I had booked two rooms separately through different platforms, so they weren't on the same floor initially. Jessie was incredibly helpful and proactive—she managed to shuffle things around and move us to the same level as soon as a room became available. "The room was aged and not up to the cleanliness standards one would expect based on location and price point. It was the third apartment style hotel we stayed in on this visit to Australia and the least outfitted in terms of kitchen supplies. There was no coffee maker."
