"Front desk attendant was super friendly. The room was nice overall, but the floor was very dirty. Had to wear shoes while in the room. One of the toilets also hadn’t been cleaned. There are no USB plugs, so be sure to bring adapters for anything you want to plug in. "

"There didn’t seem to be enough parking. Also, workers on the outside of the building were drilling very early in the morning. Loud traffic noise tru the night. Older facility but you are in a historical area."

"Check in would have been seamless except the building number provided was wrong. Luckily my DIL lives there and helped get us to the right place. To be fair I did not reach out to the property management for assistance. The apartment was very clean and instructions for the stay were very clear. There were no wash rags in the apartment if you use those to bathe. We stayed 3 nights and the last two nights there was a lot of noise from a large group staying near the property. "We came to Miami for a medical emergency for a family member. This property was amazing for us as everything was easy. Easy to book, great communication, the staff were available and attentive to our needs, very clean, and in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but also within walking distance to the city. We were very happy! "
