"I was very pleased with this reservation. Not only was the property easy to find-- the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Omar, Meriem, Morad, Mohamed, and Said all individually made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. They provided helpful information when it came to navigating the area, and I am grateful for their kindness. I will definitely book another stay here when we come back to Casablanca!"

"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

You had to ask him questions several times to get a response. Plus, he was dressed in a Tshirt. We were not even sure he was part of the hotel. On our last day, the hotel’s water supply just stopped. Luckily, shower was done. When I reported it at the front desk, they didn’t even know that the whole hotel did not have any water. If not for the male...

"We never had wifi in our room even after complaining several times. Had to call for the TV to work. We've had to go to reception just to get our cell phones to get wifi. Breakfast was okay, but tajines were covered with a very heavy lid that made it hard to get anything because there wasn't enough space to put the lid down. "

I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid.
