"Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic. Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona."

"We often stay at this hotel and it is nice enough. Good breakfast and coffee options. However, upon check in they assigned us to the same room as another guest."

"Overall, the property was clean, but it is dated. They are clearly working renovations, so they are trying. The photos make it seem as though they have a nice family pool area with a slide. The pool area is disappointing, though. It is clean, but the slide is no longer there. Both the washing pool and the main pool are quite chilly. For the price we paid, we won’t return; however , at a lower price point, this property would be fine. "

"Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it."

"Clean room with nice bedding, plenty of outlets, large bathroom shower & vanity, great breakfast, nice pool & hot tub, and a well-equipped workout room. Lots of small, thoughtful details within the facility that make it my hotel of choice when staying in Middleton."

"We didn't get much sleep due to the smoke alarms going off because of people smoking pot. Pretty awful for being a non smoking hotel. It was so strong in the hallways. Trying to check out in the morning because we wanted a receipt and there was no staff to be found. Breakfast was good though."

"I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any ice, the laundry was broken, the bathroom was tiny, no elevator, terrible breakfast"

"Everything was great, staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were cleaned and well stocked for kitchen use. Only complaint is AC in gym is nio working. The nice young man at the front tried to help and adjust it but it remained super hot in there. Maybe add fans to help?"

"The pool and toddler pool area were great way to burn energy for the kids after being the Midwest horse fair."

"Slightly older hotel but worked for what we needed. Was a little loud between rooms but beds were very comfy and fan was able to stay o. All night which helped with any noise. Breakfast was good and many items to chose from."
