"Our room was very spacious and clean. Really comfy bed and good shower. One of our towels had some stains and we asked to replace it - this was done efficiently. There’s kettle and coffee maker in the room, with two bottles of water, which we really appreciated. Reception and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. The only one small issue is that to get to the metro station, we needed to take a bus. There are a few bus stops around but truly, the bus schedules are not reliable. So, wherever you want to go, just buffer more time than Google suggested. Walking is the most reliable option but it’s about 20-25mins walk from the hotel to the nearest metro. "

"My husband and I stayed in a double room with terrace for two nights. Our room was clean and well appointed. We liked the world map during the Age of Discovery on the wall. The view of the Tejo River from the terrace was gorgeous. We happened to see one of the cruise ships leaving the port of Lisbon. Also, we enjoyed the hotel’s free archaeological remains tour after breakfast. What a historic hotel! The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and train/subway stations.
