"One of the cleanest and friendly hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Aaron at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Room was spotless and smelled fresh. We will definitely make Ft. Smith and the Element our stop on our road trips"

"Room was fairly clean, although there was an empty soda can on the floor behind the microwave/ fridge cabinet, and empty candy bar wrappers under the bed. Good A/C, clean beds. Smelly (chemicals) easy chair. No hand soap for the bathroom. Carpets needed cleaning. They would not turn the A/C on for ..."
