"It was a dark place, the check in was a little stressful, door was closed and had a bunch of signs, the bell did not work, I felt I was in the middle of nowhere. No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned "

"Very good location, and we had the top room which was beautiful and had a roof top terrace. Checkin was smooth and the staff was helpful in arranging water taxis.
However, there was no WiFi in the room and we were told that because the room was on top they could do nothing about it.
We had to put one of our phones a floor down and used it as a WiFi repeater, which seemed to work. Really don't understand why they couldn't just do the same, especially since they claim wifi in room on Expedia....

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms.
The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air
Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...

"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "

"We stayed here before we took the train to Ravenna to catch a cruise. The hotel is bery close to the Zatterre water bus station, which meant a very easy and quick walk to the hotel, and quick access back to the Venice Train station. Hotel was clean for its age, very quiet, and the aircon worked well. Breakfast service but we did not take us of that. A few restaurants and cafes nearby. Lots of stairs though, as typical for many older hotels. Would stay here again."
