The one thing that could be problematic for older guests or guests with mobility challenges will need a conveyance vehicle, as it is a very, very large property. There is a tram but it was not working consistently. The staff is responsive when a request for assistance is made "

"Room was clean and we had a suite which was very nice. the main restaurant canoe house was great as well as the Mediterranean one. The pool restaurant /shack has chicken fingers which weee too hard. I’d skip the luau. We paid $700 for 3 of us and it was at th parking garage at the back of the property not he beach as I thought initially whe the friend we were traveling with suggested it. "Lovely property with nice amenities. My wife was stuck in an elevator. No one responded to her pressing the alarms in the elevator, nor did anyone respond to her calls on the elevator phone for at least 10 minutes. She called me on her cell phone and I walked to the front desk to report the issue. Only then was there a response. The maintenance person who responded was not very polite - his comment to my wife was that she should "calm down." We were surprised that no one from management...
