"Friendly staff clean rooms "

"Not the easiest place to navigate but there are a ton of things to do. I did find loose pretzels on a chair in my room. Overall the room was clean and neat. Beautiful view from my room "

"Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment "

"I arrive and there’s no one at the front seat. A written sign says to “knock on door”‘which I do for several minutes. I then resort to yelling “hello, anyone here?” This goes on for 10 mins. I then call the hotel and the phone that rings is at the desk where I am standing. Finally some an employee walks through the door after “getting sone fresh air” He gives me my keys, drive around to the back to Door C, keys don’t work. Drive back to front desk only to get accused of putting the keys agains...

"The room was very dated, and dirt., smelled extremely musty.The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the bathroom ceiling was disgusting. I found a plastic cap in the bed in the morning which was not ours which makes me think the linens were never changed. We did not speak to the desk about this as I am following up in writing. The gentlemen working at the front desk was not a very helpful person. The mini cooler/frig was warm, obviously not working. The parking lot was littered with garbage. ...

"When we pulled up the property looked unsafe the steps to enter the lobby were in disrepair , the side of the building had obvious signs of fire covered over with plywood and there was a huge pothole in the entrance drive. Not to mention that the overall area seemed unsafe to return to late at night. We drove away and stayed elsewhere. "

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed at all—like the bed had just been made without actually changing them. There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom door was broken, and overall cleanliness was just terrible. It got to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable...
