"It's a pretty standard HIE with one exception. The location is really bad. It's literally next to a railroad yard and surrounded on all other sides by industrial buildings. It's a 0.4 mile walk to get to the closest restaurant (a German Subway yikes!). "Wir sind aus 2 Gründen ins Hotel gefahren: 1. Wir sind mit unserem Hund aufgrund der Hitze in ein klimatisiertes Hotel mit klimatisierten Zimmer „geflüchtet“. 2. der Pool, um uns selber abzukühlen Leider ging die Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern nicht, bzw. ist nicht ausreichend leistungsstark. Wir hatten 28/29 Grad im Zimmer, bei 38 Grad Aussentemperatur. Das muss m.E. bei der Buchung ausgewiesen werden. Der Pool hatte auch über 30 Grad. "Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it. There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up. I absolutely do not recommend to stay here."

"Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!"

"Obwohl in keinem Buchungsportal und auch NICHTS auf der eigenen Internetseite steht, dass für die Sauna Geld verlangt wird, werden unglaubliche 14€ fällig. Das geht mal GAR NICHT!!!! Mein Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber, die Klobrille war verpinkelt, der Boden und Fensterbänke nicht wirklich sauber. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind ok, das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, man wird satt."
