"The building has a nice curb appeal. The lobby is fairly spacious, the staff are friendly. The air conditioning in our room worked fine. The room itself was very old and rundown. Furniture was scratched and had water damage. There was a recliner in our room covered in a fake leather or vinyl. The covering on the arm rests had been stripped down showing the ugly white backing. Linens were old and scratchy, the carpet was old and needed to be replaced. I don’t consider myself particularly picky about my accommodations, old and clean is one thing, but old and rundown is another. I would not stay in this property again. "

There were 2 additional guest standing outside the door who also had reservations but no rooms available. As a result we continued our drive on to the next town to get a room. "
