"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. "The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day."

"Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. "Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. "Room was clean but dated with a lot of things that needed replaced. Location is great but the room was very loud with people slamming doors and banging around. You get what you pay for and it did the job for a few nights but I doubt I’ll be back."

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"This place was awful. We stayed not even 12hrs mid early morning checkout. The air conditioning units were so loud we couldn't sleep. No way of making it not clunk & clatter. No one was at the desk when we checked out that early in the morning. Just a bucket on the desk to drop your key off. If you need a hotel just to sleep for 4hrs for a flight out find something else because you're not getting any sleep!!"

"Probably the worse motel room I’ve ever seen. Sink was plugged. Vanity cabinet is broken. Coat rack broken. Night table had something spilt on it and wasn’t cleaned. Bathtub was in bad shape. Bathroom ceiling was in bad shape. No remote for tv. Not a nice neighborhood!"
