"Property was beautiful and well kept, like other sheraton properties I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and it felt safe and clean. The only issues I had, was the spectrum service in my room. It didn't work and the walls were very thin. I could hear the man coughing all night in the roommate to mine and could hear a dog barking in the middle of the night. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay"

"The room itself was fairly clean. Beds were made and bathroom was stocked. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best area and it didn’t smell amazing in the hallways but the inside of the room was fine. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but for a single night it was fine. All in all I got what I paid for but it wasn’t amazing."

"There was no kettle in the room. there were no basic supplies (like a mug, teaspoon, kettle). It was not possible to make a cup of tea. I went to reception area. They didn't have kettle at all. just coffee machine. but no option to boil water for tea. Poor service."

"Econo Lodge is close to the Charlotte Airport which made it easier to make our 4 am check in. It's a basic no frills place . Waffle house is right next door, room was clean, beds were comfortable. All we needed"
