"Excellent aparthotel, absolutely no complaints. everything was smooth. The suite is amazingly spacious (and has everything) and i was located on the top floor. the location is also excellent with neighbouring cafes and supermarkets and also to get to attractions by walking. if i was staying in berlin in the future, i will be booking again."

"This hotel is magnificent. It looks average on the outside, but when I entered I was amazed at how beautiful the lobby is. We were assigned a duplex with spiral stairs. Possibly the best room I’ve ever stayed in. There was a personalized note and a tray of free sweets in the room. Unfortunately I could hear the thumping from the bar just below. These room types are on the first floor and ours was right above the bar. The staff was very accommodating and switched us to two smaller rooms on the fourth floor. These rooms were very nice. Only issue was the rooms were behind a sort of fire door that slams really loudly. It woke me up a few times. The location is great. Nearly everything is within a 15-20 minute walk. There were several restaurants nearby. The restaurant on site had really good French fries."

"The hotel and room are very clean and nice ambiance. The staff were very kind and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was available at a cost but we did not take advantage as we preferred trying a variety of food out and about. Location was prime to public transport and most of the sites. Only slight change would have liked is location of our room had the trains passing by right outside our window so when the room got too warm and we opened our window it was very loud. Nonetheless it was a great experience."
