The only downside was that our room was not checked on once during our 5 day stay, but when asked, the staff was always quick to provide what we needed. "

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and everything tasted fresh. The location was another big plus. It’s close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very good choice, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again on a future trip. "

"Great location for sightseeing. We had a one bedroom apartment with 2 beds in the living room for kids. We still had a sofa to sit on and it was a well equipped space for a family of 4 over 5 days. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier all made it an easier holiday. Unfortunately, the pool was out of action due to a technical problem which they said will be fixed in 2 weeks. We had the breakfast on the first day which was good and even had gluten free cereal and bread which I enjoyed. Overall a lovely place to stay and we had a great time in Berlin "
