"The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average. Staff was great, and very helpful."

"到着したら　ホテルの名前が変更になっておりました。2週間前に変更になり　以前の予約は　すべてCXしてありますとのことでした。　フロントがマネージャーと連絡を取り　何とか宿泊できましたが、お宅様から　何の連絡もなく　帰国して（13日）チェックした所　まだ掲載しているので　貴社に電話を入れました。英語のできない日本人が　大変迷惑をしてます。　今後　貴社を使うのを考えてしまいます。"
