"It was ideally situated although not always easy to navigate back to. However an ideal hotel for the Old Quarter with lots of places to eat within close access. A very walkable area with no concerns about security..The staff were friendly and helpful and I had no concerns about standards in the hotel. The room was cleaned regularly, breakfast was good with adequate choice. I would have liked a room with a balcony : the room I got was fine but with no outlook. I wonder if paying upfront via...

"Booked on line and hotel did not live up to on line information. This building is tired and needs work espically in bathrooms. On the positive side the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and room was clean. Good location for walking to great food and sites. With so many other hotel in same area I would not likely return here to stay again ."

Condition of new room I was switched to after paying extra was poor, shower was leaking , water flow was very slow, fridge in the room was not working, breakfast was always cold, coffee and tea pots were dirty.
