"Even though it’s an older building it’s well kept. Housekeeping is expedient and thorough, toothbrush/soaps/etc came in handy, and MIA at the front desk is the best. Banh My Mama is a popular nearby sandwich shop. Mia can phone in your order so you don’t have to wait in the 30 minute line. She also handled my airport transfers and laundry service that were flawless. Location is 10/10."

"The breakfast was great overall, and it would be even better if each dish had a name label. The staff were truly accommodating and made the experience enjoyable. Our room was spacious and clean, and the receptionist along with the rest of the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The tours I arranged with them were exceptional and made for an amazing experience. The location is also excellent—close to everything, which made getting around very convenient. "

"The room was pretty basic, but it did the job! The location and the price were great and the staff here were very friendly and helpful! We had an issue come up with our room and they handled it extremely professionally and really took care of us. The laundry service is also pretty affordable and they do a great job!"

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
