"This is a nice hotel in an excellent location for visiting the Old Quarter in Hà Nội. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. They let me leave an extra piece of luggage there while we went on a four day trip to SaPa. It was at no charge other than my voluntary tip. The breakfast is good with a Vietnamese noodle option and eggs cooked to order, as well as buffet items. The one thing about this hotel is that it is in a noisy area across from a hospital. During the day an ambulance will come in once in a while and it is noisy. Fortunately at 10:00pm they must have a “no siren” policy because I never heard them after that."

"Excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Perfect location for the sights of Hanoi. Staff did many things over and above expectations. A senior member of the hotel staff took care of many extra things for us, all in perfect English. Rooftop pool and restaurant are excellent. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"

"Great front desk service, hotel has a lift and also gave a map and pointed out nearby attractions and relevant information. Breakfast was not available while we were there due to some renovations."

"I have never had service like the service I received at Splendid premium. The staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone was attentive, kind, and anticipated my needs. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable i didnt realize i had fallen asleep. The shower pressure was great and the hot water stayed hot. The hottube on the terrace was clean and the jets were powerful. The wifi works. There are plenty of shops nearby and I felt safe in the area. You are very close to things to do in the old quarter. The rooftop bar has amazing views and the drinks were tasty. The buffet breakfast was delicious and you had so many options to choose from. The pool was 5ft deep and adequate for relaxing with a nice view. I would 100% stay here again."
