"It’s okay many things needs to improve but staff were so great "

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Parking was terrible. No room for the car. We finally squeezed one in after 45 min of going back and forth an inch at a time. No instructions received through Expedia or email for check in. Subway went by every few minutes very noisy. Key to room didn't open the door. We wanted an easy stay because we just arrived and were tired and it made our first few days very stressful to be in London. "

"Property was not cleaned to a good standard prior to checking in (around 5pm). Shower head and glass were dirty, one of the shower heads broken in the master room and leaking. Kitchen had oil/cooking splatter on the walls and appliances. Glass doors and mirrors had dirt prints and markings. Host requested photos for evidence, received a generic apology response later. For the price point, would not recommend."

"The apartment was beautiful however it had a terrible stench. It smelled like a mixture of mold and sewage; the beds were also on the smaller side more fitting for one person. We had to purchase freshners and open the balcony door to lighten the smell. Besides that it was an ok experience "

However, our trip started bad before it even started, having had a message from the property stating they couldn’t find our booking on their system. "It's perfectly fine if you just want to sleep. There are two stations nearby, so you can choose which one to use depending on your destination. Especially, access to Wembley Stadium is excellent. I saw a few comments mentioning that the pillows and beds were of poor quality, or that people were bothered by odors or noise, but I didn’t notice any of that at all. "Persistent heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room for both nights which did not clear even after ventilating. We woke up with dry/sore throats. We reported the issue during the stay to staff member Rosalina, who acknowledged it and provided free parking as a goodwill gesture, but the problem remained unresolved. "Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again."

"Great location for Wembley, short walk to the tube and one stop. The area was extremely nosy throughtout the night and early morning, but we were prepared for this after reading other reviews. However, if you only want to use the room to sleep, bed was comfy, and to shower, like we did, this hotel is perfect! Would definitely book again"
