"The Junior Suite and balcony were very spacious and comfortable. However, the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day, and the cocktail offerings were limited and often seemed watered down.

"Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones .
Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited .
Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status ."

Standard Zimmer groß genug mit Balkon 👍die Duschvorrichtung kann erneuert werden, Nutella wurde 3 Tage nicht aufgefüllt obwohl man jedesmal Bescheid gegeben hat dass es leer ist und man sonst nichts anderes frühstückt"

Lovely pool and deck areas. (Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service for all but 2 days of our stay).
Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, but quite a lot of noise from the bars in Cosmo Centre opposite at the weekends (until the early hours of the following day).fyi: We were on floor 2.
The private balconies are spacious and furnished with chairs and a table big enough for al fresco dining. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

"Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards.
Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde.

"L'hotel est partagé sur 2 sites coupés par le parking. La partie "adults only" n'est donc pas en bordure immédiate de la plage. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien...
Sauf que notre chambre etait en bordure directe de la route (séparée par une simple paillasse verticale) et donc environnement bruyant (bus, voitures, motos, sans oublier les pietons).
