It is extremely well located, a stone throw away from the train. 5-10 minutes walk from good restaurants, hiking trails and temples. I highly recommend if you want an authentic feeling, cozy space. "Akitaya is always a great stay. I’ve stayed here both times I’ve been to Kamakura and I plan to stay here again when I return! The rooms are a traditional Japanese style which I think everyone should experience! The hotel is conveniently placed next to Koshigoe station which makes it really easy to get around. They even give you free tea in the room! The staff are always super friendly and even did my laundry for me. I definitely recommend this place!"
