"Great place!"

"It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing. There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp. The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...

"Clean, ample sized room with kitchenette, small refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary utensils, a coffee maker with coffee and tea, and a washing machine, On site small gym and coffee shop. Convenient but not congested location with many shops and restaurants within a mile. A very enjoyable stay!"

"Plenty of space and conveniently located near shinjuku station. Walking distance to Meiji Jingu temple."

"Quiet, respectful hotel with plenty of privacy, and not too cramped. The rooms are small and personable, but the bunk interiors are huge and private. Way better than being stacked like a commodity in a grocery aisle. Nice mix of local and travellers."

"Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location"

"Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal."

"Excellent"

"Great accommodation at a great location."

"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

"It was a great stay"

"Proximity to Tokyo Station and other metro lines is excellent. Was easy to access public transportation to access various parts of the city. We were a party of 5 adults, two using wheelchairs due to limited mobility. They had an elevator and the apartment style worked great for our group. A drawback is they only have an elevator to access the guest room floors. You can use stairs or elevator to move between street level and the lobby on the second floor, however staff told us there wasn’t...

"A great place for a great price. Lately hotels in Tokyo are abusively expensive. This place had a reasonable price for us. It had also quick access to 2 train stations and on a walk able distance to Sky tree. The entrance of my apartment had a weird smell but the rest of the room was clean and mostly looked like new. I recommend this place to stay with family or friends."

"Muy buena ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca"

"Clean large room. Washer/dryer combo inside the space that made a very loud beeping sound when done, so run laundry when you aren't sleeping. Great staff at front desk to help with whatever. Close to Tsuruhashi train station."
